Credit card fraud

If you need to report fraud in relation to a Royal Bank of Scotland credit card, you should telephone 0800 161 5153 (24 hours a day).

From outside the United Kingdom telephone +44 1268 508 020 (24 hours a day). You can reverse the charges on calls from abroad.

Report a suspicious email

Fraudsters often send random emails pretending to be from banks. If you have received a fraudulent or suspicious email, and not responded to it, please forward the e-mail to
