A better way to bank

Discover how easy it is to apply for ibanking and ibanking plus. Simply follow these steps.

1. Download and print the application form

Alternatively, call us on +44 (0)1534 286850 - we'll send you a form. Calls may be recorded

2. Return your form

Once you have completed and signed the application, please return it to our Customer Services Team at:

3. Wait for your ibanking customer number and activation code

When your number and code arrive, go online to activate the service. You'll be asked to choose a PIN and password.

4. You're online

If you've chosen ibanking, you're ready to bank online.

5. ibanking plus - extra security comes as standard

Apply for ibanking plus and we will also send you a smart card and card reader. These allow you to make and authenticate three day sterling payments, same day sterling payments and International Payments.

You will need to call 01534 282870 to unlock your card reader and select a smart card PIN. Calls may be recorded
